Deck the Halls!

Merci Bouquet spent the greater part of the first week in December on a decorator's dream job. We filled the halls of a gorgeous estate with greenery and Christmas cheer for our wonderful client to share with her family and special guests throughout this holiday season. Please browse through the pictures we took of the finished product(s)!

One of many beautiful and festive mantels in this gorgeous home. This is faux greenery with a beautiful berry wreath. It really pops off of the wall.

It's a Shabby Chic Christmas! Grape vine wreaths were cut in two creating a very bird's-nesty feel. Vintage ornaments adorned the branches. Lodge-like deer head ribbon was woven throughout the tree as if it were cascading from the ribbon just under the angelic topper.

Accompanying the shabby chic tree in this large conservatory room, we also adorned the mantel and the stoic chandelier with crystallized branches, pine cones, bubble lights and berries.

A different angle.

A beautiful detail from the fireplace mantel.

So, I am thoroughly convinced that this is the most beautiful formal living room in all of Louisville. AND that was BEFORE we worked our decorating magic! Our brilliant client has impeccable taste and had the forethought to shop for items that she wanted us to incorporate for her lodge theme. Such as the amazing metallic paper mache reindeer head that we mounted above the fireplace.

GASP... the richness of the ribbons and lights... we just love this jeweled mantel.

They say... the Devil's in the details.

A magical mantel.

A magical mantel.

Tall and skinny goodness. The perfect Christmas tree perched between two conversation chairs in the formal living room.

I had never seen glitter pomegranate ornaments before... now I am sure they are the only ornaments that should ever exist. The lushness is indescribable.

A bit of holiday flare on a hall table... I told you we decked the halls... literally!

Last, but certainly NOT LEAST, the dining room table and mantel were amply lavished in the lodge theme with stunning platinum moose bust plaques, mirroring each side of the centerpiece.
